About the Organization
Stand Together Fellowships hosts the Koch Associate Program (KAP), a 9-month professional development program for early- to mid-career professionals seeking to advance the ideals of individual liberty and limited government through careers in research, fundraising, program management, communications, or other policy-change roles.
About the Role
The Koch Associate Program provides 9 months of curriculum and programming including multiple in-person summits at Stand Together’s Arlington, VA headquarters, weekly online programming, mentorship and networking, and a capstone project. Associates are placed at nonprofit partner organizations in roles spanning policy, communications, fundraising, events, law, and more.
This position is project-based and limited to a 9 months-month period. This is not a permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Attend multiple in-person summits at Stand Together Fellowships in Arlington, VA
- Participate in weekly online programming each Wednesday
- Connect with mentors and advisers to apply principles to your work
- Gain experience applying proven principles to help solve society's problems
- Complete a capstone project aligned with your skills and interests
- Work at a nonprofit partner organization in a role spanning policy, communications, fundraising, events, law, or program/project management
Required Qualifications
- Early- to mid-career professional
- Rolling admissions through July 2026 for 2026–2027 cohort (starts September 9, 2026)
- Commitment to 9-month program through May 21, 2027
